Every year we invite up to 10 young people to join our customer service apprenticeship programme. Over a 12 month period you’ll learn how to communicate properly with customers (by phone and email) resolve problems, improve customer relationships and keep accurate records. We’ll help you develop complimentary technical skills and can also help to improve your English and Maths skills if you achieved less than a Grade C for these subjects at GCSE. As one of our Apprentices you’ll also learn general, essential skills like team working.
At the end of your apprenticeship you’ll be well equipped for a customer services role. We may even be able to offer you a job as many of our apprentices progress onto our apprenticeship business improvement techniques programme and go on to work for us full time.
