Once deployed into production, regular gold build reviews take place giving the opportunity to discuss any upcoming software updates, issues raised via incident or problem management, firmware or OS releases and proactive steps that could be taken to improve the build or the use of the device.

We will organise the collection, repair and delivery of your hardware using dedicated locations to manage and store your stock. 

Buffer and Repair Management

Devices will either be fixed onsite at one of our dedicated locations or repaired through the original equipment manufacturer. All buffer stock is fully provisioned and replacements are ready to work out of the box upon receipt.
