Our dashboard can improve ROI given the ability to move assets around the whole estate dependent upon asset utilisation 

For example, if one location has 11 units but is only really using 8 of them then this can be seen in the dashboard and a number of devices could be repatriated to a location with higher unit usage.

Each dashboard (perspective) has a home page displaying graphical summaries of the situation but each can be drilled down to incident/call/asset level to show details. These can also be filtered by region/sub-region etc. as well as being date selectable. Selecting differing dates enables trend viewing so Managers can begin analysing things such as incident/asset trends, differences between regions, results of new processes etc.

Operational Perspective


This perspective is focussed on real time support calls and incident data and answers questions such as ‘What’s happening in the field today?’ ‘How many of my devices need to be returned and why?’  Trend analysis can also provide insight as to the results of changed processes etc.

Device status by category, ‘missing devices’, repair loop data trend analysis can also provide insight as to the results of changed processes etc.
