Our team of engineers has over 65 years’ combined knowledge and experience. We have an industry-leading success rate of diagnosing and fixing faults over the phone but we have the capacity to repair and redeploy as many as 400 devices returned to base at any one time. For our contract customers we provide a next day printer loan and have the repaired device back in your hands within 72 hours.
We have close, long-standing relationships with manufacturers and receive regular, sometimes weekly, training updates to ensure our knowledge is always 100% up to date. As well as our manufacturer accreditations, we’re also Datamax and TSC authorised. If we notice recurring faults, we’ll notify the manufacturer and stop selling the product until everything’s resolved.
We hold all spares and consumables for every product on our e-commerce website including different print heads and platen rollers. If you’re one of our contract customers we’ll keep all the key parts you need, regardless of the age of your machine. (Some of our clients print up to 35 Kilometres of labels every six weeks, so we know the real cost of machine downtime.) Our field service engineers can be anywhere on the UK mainland within 8 hours to fix anything from a desktop printer to a commercial print press.
We can offer you the reassurance of a wide range of service contracts and extended warranties. We also offer bespoke services including commissioning, stock management, advanced exchange, triage repair, and buffer stock. We’ll work with you to ensure contract and warranty renewals take place and identify any product refresh opportunities to help you work smarter, faster, better. If we can’t carry out the repair ourselves, we’ll facilitate the return and replacement directly with the manufacturer or supplier. We can also carry out non-warranty repairs at competitive prices.
